Overview

The project consists of approximately 2 acres along South Salina and Montgomery Streets and includes mitigating a brownfield site to develop a 53,000 square foot modern facility to welcome visitors and residents along the South Salina Corridor. The mixed-use building will include five community retail spaces and state-of-the-art mixed income residential apartments. Salina 1st is the first all-minority led commercial development in the history of Syracuse.
