The project includes making repairs and improvements to the vacant commercial space on the first floor of the mixed-use building. Planned improvements include interior/exterior repairs and building upgrades to accommodate a new coffee/sandwich shop in the neighborhood, and a complete remodel of two upstairs apartments.
