Clarence Dunham Lofts The project involves the re-development of a two-story mixed-use building to include three residential units on the second floor and one commercial unit on the ground floor. The existing building will be razed excluding the foundation and rebuilt with a new mixed-use facility.
Colvin Commons Colvin Commons will transform a long-vacant building into a vibrant community hub in the Southside Business Corridor. It will feature affordable housing with six family apartments, high-quality amenities, and an open-air terrace to celebrate the culture of the Sankofa District.
Mercy Works Mercy Works is a non-profit organization that owns and operates the Clarence Jordan Vision Center, which aims to empower children and youth through vision-based programs. The project includes the rehabilitation of the Center to create a safe, hazard-free, and innovative atmosphere for more than 350 students.
ONAJAVA Coffee House The project includes making repairs and improvements to the vacant commercial space on the first floor of the mixed-use building and the complete remodel of two upstairs apartments.
Salina 1st The project consists of approximately 2 acres along South Salina and Montgomery Streets and includes mitigating a brownfield site to develop a 53,000 square foot modern facility to welcome visitors and residents along the South Salina Corridor.
The Castle The project includes restoring the 30,000 square foot structure into a one-of-a-kind multi-use facility for community activities focused on professional development, awareness building (jobs, health, nutrition etc.) and social engagement.
