Juvenile Male Stabbed in Shoulder in Parking Lot

On Saturday, September 28th, 2024, at around 9:05 p.m., Syracuse Police Officers responded to St. Joseph’s Hospital in response to the arrival of a walk-in stabbing victim.  Upon arrival, the officers located a 16-year-old male who was being treated for an apparent stab wound to his left shoulder blade area.  The victim was later transferred to Upstate Hospital Emergency Room by American Medical Response for further treatment.  The victim’s injuries were deemed non-life threatening and he is expected to survive.  The incident location was reported to be in the parking lot of Macys, at Destiny USA.
