Public input will be accepted until September 1
Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced the final Community Grid Vision Plan open house will be held on Monday, August 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Tucker Missionary Baptist Church, 515 Oakwood Avenue on the city’s Southside.
The open house, the fifth this summer, will continue the conversation with residents and community stakeholders on the Community Grid Vision Plan, a multi-decade look ahead at how Syracuse can maximize the positive impact of the Interstate 81 Viaduct Project on neighborhoods and mobility. The plan is available online at syr.gov/communitygrid.
The City will continue to accept comments on the plan until September 1. Residents are encouraged to submit their input, concerns, and suggestions to ensure that the plan reflects the needs and priorities of the community.
