Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced a road reconstruction project on Spencer Street beginning Friday, June 14.Crews will mill and pave from North ClintonStreet to Van Rensselaer Street. The road will be closed during construction from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. with traffic detours in place.Drivers may experience delays and are advised to use alternate routes if possible. The project is expected to be completed in about one week; actual project timeframe is contingent on favorable weather.
