Shooting with Injuries on Eastman Avenue

On Friday, June 2^nd 2023 at around 5:14 p.m. officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to the 100 block of Eastman Avenue for a reported shooting with injuries. Upon arrival, the officers located a 12-year-old female who had a gunshot wound to an upper extremity. The victim was shot at multiple times following a physical fight, during which she was struck one time by gunfire. The victim was transported to University Hospital by ambulance, where she was treated for her injuries. The victims’ injuries are not considered to be life-threatening. She remains in good condition.
