The City of Syracuse Department of Water has extended its work installing a new pump station and water main piping on East Brighton Avenue near Brighton Towers. The water main replacement on East Brighton Avenue will be further extended from Intrepid Lane southbound to the City line.
East Brighton Avenue from Rock Cut Road to the City boundary will remain open to traffic throughout the duration of the project, but traffic impacts will occur in both directions as the project progresses. All work is expected to continue until fall according to schedule.
