City of Syracuse will distribute at-home COVID-19 test kits through several locations and partners across the city beginning this week. Kits will remain available at these sites until supplies run out.
Walk up distributions will occur on weekdays at City Parks locations: Schiller Park Bova Center from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Magnarelli Community Center from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Seals Community Center at Kirk Park from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wilson Community Center from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Westmoreland Community Center from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Bob Cecile Community Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Additional walk-up distributions will occur at Syracuse Northeast Community Center, Southwest Community Center, Westcott Community Center, Dunbar Center, Huntington Family Center, Northside Learning Center and La Liga (Spanish Action League). These sites will distribute test kits to participants during programming, as well as take walk-ups from any City resident.
Test kits will also be available through InterFaith Works of Central New York, Christopher Communities, and the PEACE Frank DeFrancisco
This is the third round of distribution of at-home COVID test kits made available to the City of Syracuse by New York State and Onondaga County. Previous distributions occurred in late December of 2021 to Syracuse Housing Authority properties and Parks Community Centers, and early January 2022 to neighborhood community centers and large senior and subsidized housing communities.
