Forman Park is just over one (1) acre of land located in between East Genesee Street, Almond Street and Forman Ave. The park is home to a statue of Joshua Forman and Lewis Hamilton Redfield, the founders of the park, along with, the Syracuse Police Memorial.
The three stones that comprise the Syracuse Police Memorial are inscribed with the words: Dedication, Sacrifice and Tradition and list the Syracuse Police Officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
