Bulk items are large items, such as furniture, that can’t fit inside your trash cart. If you call us to request a bulk item collection, we will come pick it up. There are size limits to the amount of regular trash that we can take up during a bulk collection. You can request 4 bulk item collections each calendar year.
Accepted Items
We have limits on the amount of bulk trash we'll take for each home or apartment based on size, weight, and number of trash bins or bags.
To schedule a bulk item collection, call us at 315-448-CITY (2489) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
