Dispute a Health & Sanitation Ticket

Step 1.Have your ticket/violation number

Step 2.Bring your health & sanitation ticket hearing request form 

Hearing Request Forms are available below or at the Municipal Violations Bureau:

To City Hall between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday

               233 E. Washington Street
               Parking Violations Bureau, Room 113
               Syracuse, New York 13202

Step 1.Bring your health & sanitation ticket hearing request form 

Form must be completed in full, including signed/dated.

Step 2.Put your ticket/violation number on the hearing request form

Step 3.Include a copy of your ticket

Step 4.Include your defense and attach any supporting documentation or proof you believe will assist your case

For Example: photographs, witness statements, receipts, etc. 

Step 5.To the Drop Box on Market Street side of City Hall
