Mayor Walsh and County Executive McMahon announced a new full-service hotel is coming to the heart of Downtown Syracuse on S. Warren St. The Onondaga Hotel project, led by developer Sun Companies, includes the construction of a 245-room hotel and community space with ground level retail, parking, banquet facilities, and roof-top restaurant and bar.

The City of Syracuse is seeking qualified construction firms to complete structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairs, as well as landscaping on, and around, the iconic fountain.
