PUBLIC NOTICE
CITY OF SYRACUSE
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held MONDAY, July 18, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Syracuse, New York to consider in full, or in part, the following applications.  Please note this is not necessarily the order in which they will be heard.

  1. Application AS-22-08, continuation of a Public Hearing for a Sign Waiver of Number and Area on property situated at 959 Hiawatha Boulevard West, owned by Maguire Family Limited Partnership, zoned Industrial, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section VI, Article 1 and Part C, Section VI of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

  2. Application SP-22-08, for a Special Permit for a Restaurant on property situated at 910-912 and 913-915 Park Street, owned by House Sy 1, LLC, zoned Local Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section IV, Articles 1 and 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

  3. Application R-22-20, for a Resubdivision to divide one property situated at 516 Rich Street, owned by the Greater Syracuse Property Development Corporation, zoned Residential, Class AA, into two new Lots pursuant to the City of Syracuse Resubdivision Regulations.

  4. Application R-22-32, for a Resubdivision to combine three properties situated at 863, 867, and 871 West Lafayette Avenue, owned by Kimberly Brundage, zoned Residential, Class A-1, into one new Lot pursuant to the City of Syracuse Resubdivision Regulations.

  5. Application R-22-34, for a Resubdivision to divide one property situated at 701 South Warren Street, owned by the City of Syracuse, zoned Central Business District, Office and Service and Residential, Class B, into two new Lots pursuant to the City of Syracuse Resubdivision Regulations.

  6. Application SR-22-05¸ for a Site Plan Review for a roof-top antenna array on property situated at 118-122 West Seneca Turnpike, owned by Valley Vista Houses, Inc., zoned Residential, Class B, pursuant to Part B, Section I, Article 7 and Part C, Section I, Article 7 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

  7. Application SP-86-33M1, for a Special Permit Modification for a Restaurant on property situated at 1401-1407 Burnet Avenue, owned by ½ Full Properties, LLC, zoned Local Business, Class A, pursuant to Part B, Section III, Article 2 and Part C, Section IV, Articles 1 1and 2 of the City of Syracuse Zoning Rules and Regulations, as amended.

The above proposals are open for inspection at the Office of Zoning Administration, or on-line at https://www.syr.gov/Boards-and-Commissions/CPC/CPC-Meetings.
