Citywide Real Property Reassessment

The City of Syracuse is seeking a contractor to partner with the City to complete a project to prepare for a possible reassessment for the Final Roll date of March 31, 2028. The municipality intends to solicit proposals from companies capable of undertaking and successfully completing a reassessment of approximately 41,448 parcels of real property over an 18 month period and conducting such reassessment in conformance with the Rules. The municipality intends to select a company that has a successful history of undertaking and completing real property reassessment projects with a preference to those cost effectively and efficiently using the latest industry accepted technology.

• MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference (virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams): Wednesday, December 11, 2024 10:00 a.m.
  Companies interested in providing these services must attend a pre-proposal conference via a Microsoft Teams virtual meeting on December 11, 2024. The conference is intended to provide clarification of these specifications, where needed, and to respond to all technical inquiries. Any company intending to submit a proposal response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be in attendance. No proposal will be considered from a company that does not attend the pre-proposal conference or send a representative on their behalf. Representatives may not appear on behalf of more than one company.

• Written Questions submission deadline: Friday, December 20, 2024 by 4:00 p.m.

• Proposal Submission Deadline: Friday, January 31, 2025 at 2:30 p.m.
  Sealed proposals will be received at the Division of Purchase, 213 City Hall, 233 E Washington St, Syracuse, NY 13202 until 2:30pm on Friday, January 31, 2025.
