RFQ# 24-287: The City of Syracuse seeks professional engineering services to complete design and construction phase consulting services for “The Outer Eastwood Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project”. The City of Syracuse is hereby requesting Licensed Professional Engineers to submit qualification packages in response to this Request for Qualifications to conduct design and construction phase consulting services.
