LED Street Lighting Project

The City of Syracuse is replacing all street lights in the City with new LED lighting fixtures.

Residents can report a street light outage by calling Cityline (315-448-CITY) weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or going online at goto.syr.gov/cityline. Be sure to report the pole number and whether the issue affects an old street light or a new LED light.

If National Grid needs to make a power connection or do any underground work, be aware they may take two (2) weeks to perform this work.  If after two (2) weeks the light is still not operational, please submit a comment or contact the City.
