Halloweenville at Burnet Park

Join us at Burnet Park for Halloweenville 2022. This family-friendly event will offer tricks, treats and more…it’s going to be a spooktacularly good time!

On Saturday, October 29 only, we will be hosting a mini parade which includes a costume contest and trunk-or-treat to pass out goodies to trick-or-treaters as they showcase this year’s costume picks. Attendees will begin lining up for the parade at 3:15 p.m. by the playground service road. Costumes are a must. All are welcome. All participants must sign in onsite and register for the parade/contest by 3 p.m. Sign in will open at 2:30 p.m. Volunteer judges will select one winner for the “spookiest”, “cutest” and “most creative” costumes in three separate age categories. The age categories will include: 0 to 5 years, 6 to 10 years and 11 to 16. The prizes will be simple and fun.

Friday, October 28

5 to 6:15 p.m.: Carnival-like games and treats will be available in the semi-enclosed turf building.
6:30 to 6:45 p.m.: Line dancing fun for all ages.
7 to 9 p.m.: Hocus Pocus movie showing. Please bring blankets to sit on and keep you warm as this is an open-air facility.

Note - The warming room and restrooms will be open 5 to 9 p.m. Free hot chocolate, cider and donuts will be available.

Saturday, October 29

5 to 6:15: The parade will lead attendees right into an array of carnival-like games and more treats inside the semi-enclosed turf building.
6:30 to 6:45 p.m.: Line dancing fun for all ages.
