Pay a Parking Ticket

Step 1.Have your ticket number 

Include both numbers and letters. Tickets may start with "SH" or end in "D".

Step 2.Have your payment method

Available Payment Methods:

• Credit/Debit Card
• Google Pay
• EFT (Check)
• PayPal
• PayPal Credit

Service Fees:

• We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards
• There is a percentage rate of 2.75% with a minimum charge of $1.25
• There is a flat rate of $1.25 for paying with E-Check with no maximum allowance

Step 3.Go to our online payment portal 

1. Click the "Parking Tickets" button.
2. Input your Ticket #, Last Name or License Plate #
3. Click "Search Invoices"
4. Select ticket(s) you want to pay
5. Click "Add Selected Invoices"
6. Click "Proceed to Payment"
7. Select your Payment Method from the drop-down list
8. Click "Continue to Payment Information"
9. Input your Payment Information 
10. Click "Continue to Review Payment"
11. Review Payment 
12. Select/Unselect any enrollments 
13. Select Payer Terms and Conditions Box
14. Click "Process Payment" Button 

Pay Parking Ticket Online
