Syracuse Local Development Corporation

The Syracuse Local Development Corporation (SLDC) is a corporation established in 2010 for the purpose of issuing tax-exempt bonds for civic facility projects in the City of Syracuse. The SLDC will issue bonds for colleges and universities, medical and research facilities, and other not-for-profit organizations.
