Mayor Walsh Appoints Evan Loving to Budget Director

Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced the appointment of Evan Loving as Director of the Office of Management and Budget. As Director, Loving is responsible for developing and executing the City’s annual budget and Capital Improvement Program, and overseeing the activities undertaken by the Office of Management and Budget, Division of Purchase, and the Division of Equity Compliance and Social Impact.
